Back Order Policy: If an item is on back order, you will be notified with the approximate date of shipping. We strive to keep our site updated to reflect the status of our products. You may also request a full refund.

Damaged Goods Policy: Defective or broken products can be returned and the exact product will be shipped to you upon receipt of defective item.

Return Policy: Defective products can be returned for the exact same product. Please return product within 7 days.

Shipping Policies: All products will be shipped via UPS, with the exception of APO boxes and PO boxes. Orders usually ship with 1-2 business days of the order. UPS insures the first $100, any amount over that is the responsibility of the buyer. Insurance is required.
